Here, sand dollars, starfish, and seashells await, often (if we get there first) untouched by others as most rarely make their way from Hilton Head’s main beaches. Have a blast with the family at this secluded island of sand and shells. Accessible only by boat, the Vanishing Island is a cool spot to run around with family and friends searching for treasure.
An Experience Tailored to You
Please note that while we strive to maintain exclusivity, more “small public landing companies” are emerging. However, only a select few companies, including ours, boast over 20 years of experience in providing unparalleled tours to the Hilton Head Vanishing Island and Daufuskie Island areas.
Schedule and Booking Details
Our Dolphin and Beach Combing Adventure tour is available once per day(usually), taking advantage of low tide, which is the optimal time for beach exploration. Please call us to check the tide schedule for the day you plan to join us, if the tour is not scheduled. During the summer months, this tour operates as a private charter, catering to up to 6 passengers. Feel free to bring your own lunch, snacks, and drinks to enhance your experience, or book the Better Boating Experience to level up your tour.
In the offseason (October through March), we offer the option to book this tour as a Share Boat per-person rate, with seats priced at $74.75. Please note that a minimum of 3 persons is required for the Share Boat option. If your group consists of 2 or fewer individuals, kindly contact us directly at 843-684-1911, and we will do our best to pair you with another group.
